About this work

Christ Church with St Ewen is a historic Church of England parish church on Broad Street in central Bristol. The present church was built between 1786 and 1791, replacing an earlier medieval building. The tower is attributed to Thomas Paty, while the main body of the church was designed by his son William Paty. The entrance and interior were remodelled by Henry Williams in 1883, with further restoration carried out in 1973.
