The Trinity Centre began life as Holy Trinity Church, built in 1829 to 1832 by the Birmingham architects Thomas Rickman and Henry Hutchinson to serve the growing Old Market and St Philips area of Bristol. The Grade II*-listed Gothic Revival church closed for worship in 1976 and is now a community arts centre and live music venue run by Trinity Community Arts.
