30 Clare Street

An Edwardian Baroque office building of about 1920 on Clare Street in central Bristol, faced in limestone ashlar with a slate mansard roof. Tall keyed round arches, a modillion cornice and carved cartouches and wreaths enrich its narrow front. The Grade II listing also covers 49 St Nicholas Street, and the building now houses a restaurant.
