A rare survivor of Canon's Marsh's industrial past, this mid-19th-century leadworks on Anchor Road is built of Pennant rubble with Bath stone dressings. Its long two-storey front has fifteen keyed segmental-headed windows. The fine round chimney with its wide moulded limestone cap was singled out when the building was Grade II-listed in 1994, near Bristol's harbourside.
