This red-brick Baroque power station on Counterslip opened in 1899 to supply electricity to the Bristol Tramways and Carriage Company. It was designed by W. Curtis Green, and the listing calls it his finest power station shell. The Grade II*-listed building, part of Finzels Reach, was later converted to offices.
